Original lithograph vintage poster "The Chateaux of the Loire, Go By Train" by artist J. Jacquelin. Professionally restored and linen backed and ready to frame. This is the more rare English version of this vintage poster.
CREATOR Artist: Jean Jacquelin (1905-1989). Printer: Heubert Baille & Cie, Paris, France.
DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1956.

HISTORY
Just at the conclusion of the Second World War, there was a push to stimulate visitors to France. These posters were around cities to encourage travel by train to the various regions of France.
