This beautifully crafted spice rack by Knock on Wood of Ithaca NY in the 1960's, features 16 hand-labeled solid oak spice jars with natural cork lids. A beautiful example of American craftsmanship in utilitarian applications, this set brings warmth and rustic mid century charm to any kitchen. The spice rack is in very good vintage condition overall, with age-appropriate wear throughout. All of the bottles are usable and clean on the interior. I don't know if this set was ever fully used, only the ginger had contents when I purchased it from the home. The top of the rack has a small area of what I believe is candle wax on it as shown. Please see all of the photographs and close-ups for the exact condition.
