There are 6 total swans and each has a tiny bulb at the tip of the beak. The lamp works great and you can control the lights from the floor switch. Lamp was made by WOFI, in Germany. The lamp unscrews in the center. Please note that if you select parcel shipping, you will need to screw the top back into place - very easy, no tools required. Thanks! See less
