This piece is so beautifully framed with the " frame within a frame with delicate gilded bows and beautiful marbled paper matting. Most likely early 20th century. You can see this item has some age to it from the back photo. There is wood and the original old paper that was on it. The paper has some wear and I wish I could read what was on it but part of that is not there. It looks like an NYC is on the back. I just find this piece fascinating and so beautiful, like a jewel to hang on the wall. See less
