This antique early American pressed glass yellow flash open sugar bowl was made by the Mckee Glass Co. who started in Pittsburg P.A and they made this piece circa 1890 after they moved factories from Pittsburg to Jeannette P.A in 1888. This sugar bowl is pressed glass that was pressed in the Brittanic pattern by Mckee which is a geometric band design that goes all the way around the piece with a yellow flash design that was done to the buttons and the diamond fans. This early American pressed glass sugar bowl is in "Excellent Condition" with no cracks, no repairs, and slight wear to the pattern with small chips only for the age of the piece.
