This is a charming vintage porcelain Dutch vase, which may also be a tobacco jar. It has markings on the bottom, but I couldn't identify the maker through research. One side features a hand-painted Dutch girl, while the reverse displays an orange-red sailboat. The vase shows moderate age-appropriate wear, but it has no cracks or repairs.
Overall, it retains a lovely vintage appeal. See photos for descriptions.
