Crafted in West Germany by Jaspa, this iconic piece showcases the evolution of pottery making in West Germany. It is not a true "Fat Lava" vase. Rather the thick glaze and design are a brige between the West German pottery of the 1960's and its MCM origins to the post MCM era of the 1970's and the age of "Disco".
