After an image from the portfolio of Drawings for the Iliad. Published by Delphic Arts New York 1962. The print pencil signed and dated 1961 lower right. Here the Greek hero Achilles is seated and weeping over the death of Patroclus, his closest companion and hero in the Trojan War. Presented finely matted in a wood frame with glass.
