A pair of large creamy white Majolica artichoke divided plates made by Bordallo Pinheiro, circa 1980s. Each plate measures 11” and features 3 compartments with flower & leaf raised design and includes a middle well for an artichoke and a side well for dipping. Marked on bottoms, made in Portugal. A lovely pair.
Note: A smaller version of this plate was made for Williams Sonoma in the early 2000s. This size is discontinued by Bordallo Pinheiro.
