Offering a matching pair of large vintage Chinese porcelain ginger jars, circa Mid 20th Century. They are executed in the traditional Chinese "Famille Rose" heavily textured glaze. Each jar has four different vignettes. Two vignettes are the same with a pair of pink birds surrounded by colorful flowers and the other two vignettes have butterflies with flowers. The lid is decorated with peaches and pomegranates.
EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.
These two ginger jars are impressive, heavy, and sturdy and will look great on a mantelpiece, credenza, or console table. A spectacular pair of matching jars no matter where they are placed.
