Arita Porcelain Bijin figures. Handmade and handpainted, they are like models of a Bijin with like kimonos but varied by the hand-drawn elements. The size is 18" tall and 7" by 6", The models are hand-formed and are differently built on the interior,( details in photos). 19th-century models of the 17th-century Ariti wares.
The condition is very good and age-appropriate, Gilding details have some slight rubbing but still largely present.
