Circa 1930s - 1940s. It is mounted on a mahogany wood base - plinth. It still retains its original hand painted - decorated features. It was made by the Hubley Foundry USA towards the tail end of their existence in cast iron household accessory business. It is in very nice all original condition. It has a few small chips here and there to the painted features but nothing major - just a natural occurrence with its age. It measures 5 3/4 inches tall X 7 1/2 inches long X 3 3/8 inches wid.
