Mayflower was near the top of … Read more Beautiful bellflower inlaid mahogany Hepplewhite style sideboard made by Mayflower Colonial Shops Boston, Ma. Mayflower was near the top of the furniture makers in Boston in the early and mid 20th century. This sideboard has beautiful bellflower and string inlay on the legs and I love the inlaid oval flame mahogany panels on the drawer fronts and on the backsplash. The 7th photo shows a small crack on the right middle curved area. If you look at the photos and zoom in on this area it is difficult to see. this is why I included this close up photo. It is hard to see in reality. Condition is very nice for a piece of furniture 80 plus years old. Sideboard is 66" wide and 23 3/4" deep. It stands 40 1/4" tall to the top and 44 1/4" to the top of the backsplash. I dont think this sideboard will disappoint. See less
