Vintage; C1988-89, Original Robert Marcius,(Designer), for Maitland-Smith,(Mfr.) is this gorgeous, large black, tessellated, marble stone coffee/cocktail table. Art Deco fan-shape base, with a thick 3/8" thick, rectangular glass top, which has beveled edges surround edge top, with round radius corners. This is a substantial piece, which grounds any interior family room, or be it living room space, and yet offsets a sophistication, with a statement to boot. The base platform has a step=tiered design. In great condition, one owner, a widow, who is in the middle of down-sizing her huge square foot residence, to a more modest retirement sizes abode, as she maintains 2 homes throughout the country. From an Upstate, NY Estate. "ONLY ONE OWNER,"and CURRENT.
