Description: Regency casket form sewing or jewelry box, circa 19th century, features mahogany inlaid brass borders, walnut and rosewood veneers accent interior compartment and exterior lid, verso pin cushion, marble paper lined, removable spool, fabric lined compartments for precious valuables, removable tray, solid brass hardware-lion's head drop-ring handles and paw feet, locking mechanism with key.
