The butterfly is feeding on the nectar of a yellow flower on a sky blue ground and additionally features a bunch of violet flowers on its bottom. Fired numerous times to achieve its brilliant colors, this collectible Limoges box is adorned with intricate metalwork and an ornate leaf motif closure. Meticulously crafted entirely in Limoges, France, it bears the maker’s mark inside.
