The body … Read more A beautiful and functional antique late 1800s or early 1900s Anglo Indian cabinet with inlaid satinwood floral frieze. The body of the cabinet is crafted of teak while the dark trim is ebonized rosewood. The carved and finialed crown gives this cupboard such character, as well as the oversized paw feet. Two original shelves and three drawers offer ample storage. The mirrored doors make this cupboard perfect for an entryway or bedroom.
A working key is included. Minor imperfections can be found in the wood due to age. The brass colored pulls on the drawers are modern replacements.
Collected in India in the 1980s.
