It features a beautiful motif of a young woman, depicted as a mermaid with flowing hair, accompanied by a fish and large leaves. The bowl showcases a graceful, curved shape and is finished with a stunning blue hare fur glaze, featuring varying hues from light blue to dark blue against a dark blue background. The rim of the bowl flows elegantly, enhancing its artistic appeal. Deeply stamped on the underside are the marks "1038," "A.L.T.," and "UE." The “Athene” series consists of 16 earthenware bowls and vases, characterized by their gently swelling forms and surrealistic motifs.
