The lithograph print poster is published by The Galerie Maeght Zurich, printed in France in 1979 by the famous fine art printing house of Maeght Editeur in an unnumbered limited edition on the occasion of the exhibition in Switzerland. It features a Pop Art artwork image originally created by Lindner in 1977 titled " Couple ".

Richard Lindner ( 1901 - 1978 ) was a German born American jewish painter. His Avant - Garde Pop Art style images used the sexual symbolism of advertising and investigated definitions of gender roles in the media. In the oeuvre he created or urban energy and eroticism his highly individual Pop Art colorful pieces stand on their own as highly regarded creative and expressive artworks.

The rare out of print Pop Art exhibition poster measures 16 3/4" W X 28 3/4" H. It is printed on smooth finish paper stock with vibrant ink colors in a satin eggshell finish.
