An impressive lion's head door knocker on a large door always makes for a grand and sophisticated entrance. This beautiful cast brass English door knocker with fine detailing dates from the 1st half of the 20th century and is in very good antique condition. The brass has a nice old patina and normal wear from age and use. Functional and ready to display. Two black oxide bolts will allow for mounting on doors measuring 1.75” thick. The striker is not included. A solid heavy decorative piece with lots of character and very characteristic of English quality and charm.
