The piece is … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown ruby red and gold flecks Italian art glass ribbed flower bud vase. The piece is documented to the Seguso Vetri d'Arte company. The vase is published, and can be seen in an archive photograph within the company book, with model number 9774. It is dated circa 1954-1955. It has been created in the "A Bollicine" technique, with thousands of little bubbles are encased within the inner glass layer. It has a bulbous shape, with unique design at the mouth off the vase. It is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout. Unusual shape. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, desk, or curio cabinet. Mid-century era. A must for collectors! Measures 3 7/8" tall x 3 3/4" wide.
