For Sale is a Vintage Silk Screen Print of Uda Tekison (1896 - 1980) Painting Posthumous.
This Vintage Print is titled "Rakuhaku" or Autumn.
We are looking down at Tree Tops and in the distance is Mt. Fugi.
The foreground is filled up with Evergreen Tree Tops and Red Maple Leaves.
The middleground is thinning and the Autumn Trees are bending inward to bring the viewers eyes up and deeper to the wonderful Blue Mt. Fugi.
Tekison's attention to details is unmatched. Look closely - unbelievable.
There are many shades of Green, Blue, Gray, Black, Red and Peach. There aare 18 - 22 Colors used for this Print.
The Original Painting is in a Private Collection.

1896 Japanese painter Tekison UDA was born in Mie Prefecture
1914 Entered Kyoto-shiritsu Bijutsu Senmon Gakko (now Kyoto City University of Arts)
1918 Graduated from Kyoto-shiritsu Bijutsu Senmon Gakko (now Kyoto City University of Arts)
1919 Awarded his first prize at the 1st Teiten Exhibition
1925 Won the Special Award at the 6th Teiten Exhibition Took office as a teacher of the Kyoto City School of Arts and Crafts (now Kyoto City University of Arts)
1926 Won the Special Award at the 7th Teiten Exhibition Awarded the Teikokubijutsuin Prize (now The Japan Art Academy Prize)
1928 Appointed to the Judge of the Teiten
1929 Became assistant professor of Kyoto-shiritsu Bijutsu Senmon Gakko (now Kyoto City University of Arts)
1936 Became professor of Kyoto-shiritsu Bijutsu Senmon Gakko (now Kyoto City University of Arts)
1961 Appointed to the member of The Japan Art Academy
1962 Took office as the Director of the Nitten
1967 Received the Third Order of Merit with the Order of the Sacred Treasure
1973 Appointed to the Councilor of the Nitten
1980 Tekison UDA passed away at the age of 83
