In 18 karat yellow gold.

With a large ca. 44.00± ct carved cushion shape black opal carved with a horse's head in profile.

The cabochon set within a gold mount with organic decoration that is encrusted throughout with 54 round brilliant cut diamonds (Color: F-G, Clarity: VS) and 20 round cut sapphires (Color: Blue, Clarity: Transparent).

Accompanied by a GEMLAB (Gemological Appraisal Laboratory) report no GAL202408233.

Simply a wonderful bench made pendant!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall fair, as-pictured, used estate condition.

Condition Details:
There is a small clamshell concussion mark at the surface of the opal just under the frame at 8 o'clock on the dial. The tip of the horse's ear is truncated (possibly from in the making or a small flake). Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
