Serving Dish with Attached Plate/Spoon Rest Stainless Steel Gravy Bowl Vtg 60s Japan.
This vintage 1960s stainless steel gravy bowl is etched on the bottom with the words "18-8, stainless steel Japan." It has a curvy shaped rim, making it easier to pour liquids out and the bottom plate portion is actually part of the bowl. This lip/plate makes a handy spoon rest and catches any spills. The gravy bowl can also be used as a condiment dish, a candy dish, a butter server, sour cream bowl, diced vegetable server etc. The bowl was a gift and never used so it has no dings, scratches or tarnishing. This style gravy bowl is rare/hard to find, with the attached plate which was the style at the time. Perfect for vintage Japanese made item collections, gravy bowl collectors, unique serving item collectors or just because you like it. Stored all these years in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
