It's surface size (36" x 24") makes it a good option for smaller spaces such as a loft apartment, in-home office, or possibly for use in a bedroom or kitchen as a small-sized writing desk/work space. It is on overall good condition, but does show its age. We think that simply adds to the character and charm of the piece, but you be the judge. See less
