This elegant 1960s teak desk combines Scandinavian design with masterful craftsmanship. It was designed by renowned Danish designer Svend Åge Madsen and manufactured by Møbelfabrik Sigurd Hansen.
The closed body is trapezoidal in shape and rests on a delicate frame made of solid teak. It is slightly wedge-shaped in depth and accommodates two spacious, lockable drawers.
The writing surface is slightly tilted forward to make working more comfortable.
Interesting details such as upwardly extended legs that hold the body between them and the organically raised rear edge of the writing surface make this piece of furniture an outstanding example of Danish craftsmanship. This piece has an attribution mark,
