Central panel features a lovely … Read more Late 18th - Early 19th Century Canton blue and white platter with old staple repairs. Central panel features a lovely classic landscape scene with multiple houses surrounding water, a boat, bridges and varietal trees with mountains in the far distance. The backside of the platter is unglazed featuring cross-hatching. The platter is not hallmarked. The platter is in very good vintage condition with some small dark firing marks on front from ash as is typical in some older pieces. The break was clean, and the stapled repairs are old and well-done (see photos). Dimensions: 14"L x 11"D x 1.5"H. See less
