Am amazing Mario Lopez Torres vintage wicker monkey floor lamp.
This fun true vintage floor lamp is so hard to come by now a days. The lamp features a huge and heavy expertly weaved wicker monkey sitting on a perch.
The monkey has iron hands and feet with a brass metal face. He is removable from the perch.
The lamp has 2 iron rods that slip into the perch so he appears to be floating. The lamp stands on a Greek key designed base with plug in cord and large wicker shade.
The center pole breaks down in half, however with the plug end attached it will not come completely apart. Because of this reason I prefer to have it shipped by white glove.
This is a true conversation stater and a real piece of art.

The entire lamp is in wonderful condition and has only had 1 owner for many many years. The wiring is also in great condition, however the end plug was added because in order to ship the lamp through the mail it had to be taken apart and the plug had to be removed to do so. It is perfectly fine and in working order. It has been checked by an electrician.
