The height of the lamp itself is ideal for reading, and two tiers of wraparound shelves make convenient places to keep books, reading glasses and the like. The tops of the shelves feature perpendicular triangular veneer for additional visual appeal. Sturdy reinforced base and solid wood shaft leading up to the light socket ensure decades of enjoyment.
