Exquisite, Minimalist, Sculptural Mid Century Modern Carl Aubock Style French Umbrella Holder
Truly one of the most elegant and architecturally spectacular umbrella stands l have ever seen
Purchased in France, this 50s modernist design, is a predecessor to the designs of the postmodern era.
The base is light hard wood, with a spun aluminum bowl to catch dripping water.
Black metal wire, angles outward from the base and spirals like a doodle, creating 3 umbrellas holders. Whimsical and wonderful rare design.
