Fabric has no holes or tears, but does have one small stain on the seat, as shown. I have not cleaned the chair since acquiring it to know whether the stain may be easily removed. Although the brand is not shown on the chair, it is of good quality. It was acquired through a buyout of the remaining furnishings of a Dayton OH area business that was preparing to construct a new building. Much of the furniture out of the building was Fairfield Furniture, so that is a possibility for this piece.
