This original limited-edition print is by the renowned Persian artist Mansour Khaleghi (1939–1999). It features a pair of nesting birds drinking water, set against a backdrop of coastal grass.
The piece is part of a limited series (25/100) and is hand-signed and numbered by the artist in pencil. It comes professionally matted and framed behind glass in a custom wood frame with a gold finish and rounded edges.
As a young man in Iran, Khaleghi worked on painting tiles for mosques and holy sites, driven by his deep appreciation for Islamic art. His passion led him to depict historic and religious landmarks. After the Iranian Revolution, he moved to the United States, eventually settling in California.
