It’s in the style of a Fitz and Floyd item, but has no makers mark. The design features a large clam shell vase sitting on an ocean wave base. In front there are smaller seashells and a fish. The design has beautifully striped colors in traditional coastal hues of blue, emerald, deep coral and tan.
