This is a unique vintage fob pendant, it is crafted from 18k yellow and white gold featuring round shape discs with a blue stone set in the center of each disc and these are all joined together to form a ball, there are white gold balls set between around the four points of the shape of the ball. The bail has the 750 gold content stamp.
