Anglo-Indian four-panel hardwood screen. This is a beautifully carved sculptural Anglo-Indian wooden Mughal screen from the Victorian colonial Raj. This is a beautifully carved hardwood Anglo-Indian sculptural screen with intricately carved floral foliage fretwork, high quality late 19th century (circa 1880) richly carved Anglo-Indian Mughal style quadruple screen from North India. Large and elaborately pierced, carved with panels of floral designs. This highly decorative screen consists of panels joined together to create a screen, some panel has a carved and perforated crest on the top with flower and leaf decoration. The sections consist of perforated panels, surrounded by a carved geometric border. Each panel is supported by Moorish style porticoed legs with carved floral decoration.
