This pendant highlights a captivating cushion-shaped cabochon crystal opal, measuring 11.5mm by 9.8mm, which displays a delightful play of colors against its white body. Encircling the central opal, there is an intricate filigree pattern, meticulously finished with delicate milgrain detailing, and adorned with a total of 1.10 carats of transitional round brilliant-cut and European-cut natural diamonds. The reverse of the pendant features a polished design. This exquisite piece is expertly crafted in 14 karat white gold and measures 1.5 inches by 0.75 inches.
