It is a vessel of light more than anything—Swedish glass, clear yet tinged with a faint green cast, thick-walled and deliberate. Designed in the manner of Asta Strömberg for Strömbergshyttan, this vase stands with sculptural calm, weighty in the hand, graceful in profile.
Its body curves like a leaf opening, mounted on a rounded foot that anchors its form. Though unsigned, its lineage is unmistakable: Scandinavian modernism at its most serene. At once simple and monumental, it is an object that turns water and flowers into a composition of light, reflection, and Nordic restraint.
