River landscape from the estate of Northwest School artist Neil Meitzler (1930 - 2009). Charcoal on paper. The Stillaguamish River flows through Northwest Washington through Arlington and Florence, emptying into the Puget Sound at Camano Island and Stanwood.
Pencil signed, titled and dated.
