Early FD109 solid beechwood lounge chair by Ole Wanscher for France & Daverkosen c. 1950s, fully refinished and reupholstered.
The fully finished back makes it beautiful from any angle so you can position it anywhere in the room. The frame is a radiant golden color, subtly highlighting the shadow created by the precisely sculpted arms. Comfortable, beautiful, and ready for its next life in a new home.
The lack of a maker's tag indicates an early build. This chair is identical in materials, joinery, and dimensions to later-produced FD-109 chairs bearing the France & Daverkosen tag. The listed dimensions are inclusive of cushions.
