Offered for sale a set of 12 antique entirely hand painted plates. 11 of the plates are earthenware /soft paste dating to the mid to later 1800's and 1 plate is a modern replacement decorated to match.
The soft paste plates have a basket weave effect on the borders and some impressed marks on the back.
The replacement plate is a Teichert Meissen plate marked Meissen
The set includes 11 nineteenth century plates plus the 1 more modern replacement.
