ANTHONY STONEWARE
Pedestal Platter
This versatile platter is designed for everyday use and is large enough to bring an entire meal to the table in one presentation. We have piled ours with sandwiches and chips for a family lunch or heaped with seafood pasta for an informal dinner with friends.
Beyond the intended functional uses this piece is a beautiful interior accessory. A decorative addition to a coffee table, used by itself, or for floating a few camellias or gardenias.
The platter edge has been altered and textured with organic designs, creating a decorative frame for the presentation of party foods. This form can be wall hung (hole has been provided in the thrown foot flange) creating an art piece when not in use.
The Pedestal Platter coordinates well with the Bird Bowl, Fish Bowl & Small Bowl as a chip & dip set.
16” square platter, slab constructed and elevated by a 4” high wheel thrown pedestal.
Dishwasher Safe. Lead Free Glazes.
Like New. Never used. There is a very small chip on the edge but it blends in with the unique shape of the dish. See photo
