Diran K. Dohanian was born in 1931 and died in 2019, amassing the most of his work in the 1950's and 1960's. It was in 1953 where Mr. Dohanian's work was featured in the Museum of Modern Art's new printmakers show, and it was there his reputation as a midcentury artist took off.
This 1950's serigraph is signed and affixed to back that reads title "In the Garden" and artist's address.
Art exists in an 1880's carved frame. Remains in good condition, and seller recommends to not hanging in direct sunlight as art would fade and damage.
