The special detail of this lamp is the simple, black star base made of square rods, which is hard to beat in terms of simplicity and simple elegance. Another detail is the height adjustment via a clamping mechanism with a rotary lever. The shade can be moved up and down at the base, which influences the lighting effect in the room and the appearance of the entire lamp. The simple shade is covered with a dark green fabric with a coarse structure. The upper end of the lamp is made in the same material and dimensions as the shaft, so that it appears to penetrate the shade. The light has a pull cord as a switch. It has 3 switching modes. The 2 lighting points can be switched on and off individually, so that only one bulb burns when necessary.
The lamp is in very good condition and shows signs of wear and patina. The umbrella has been professionally renewed.
