Attributed to designer Archimede … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown opalescent white and deep red Italian art glass triangle shaped bowl. Attributed to designer Archimede Seguso, from the "Alabastro" series. The bowl was created in a geode style, with many layers of opal glass, ending in the deep red center. If you look at the last photo, I have a closeup photo of the layers. I see the outside fire opal outside layer, with 2 inner layers that look more white, another layer of dark orange, and the inner layer with deep red. The bowl is very thick and heavy. Would make a great display piece on any desk, coffee table or credenza. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish. Mid-century era. It Measures 6 3/4" along each side x 2 3/8" high.
