From the "Ten Painters on War and Peace" portfolio. Printed on May 10, 1978 to honor the 30th Independence Day of the State of Israel, edited by Dr. Haim Gamzu, published by Graphart Publishers, Tel Aviv.

About the Artist: Ami Shavit, born 1934, Israel. Specialized in optic and kinetic art, including structures worked by electricity, moving tubular configurations illuminated by colored lights. Also developed new methods of printing. Was director of Haifa Museum of Modern Art and a founder of the Tefen Museum. Lived in Ein Hod and Tel Aviv.
