This exceptional pair of antique Venetian Rococo armchairs—also known as poltronas—is both sculptural and elegant, offering a rare combination of dramatic form and comfortable function. Hand-carved from wood in the 19th century, each chair features a slanted back and wide, open seat designed to accommodate a gentleman's frame.
