It’s rather hard to find … Read more This bookshelf initially was used for books, but could definitely work for shoes and boots! It’s rather hard to find a shelf that will fit tall boots, but this shelf just might be the one you’ve been looking for. I sat down on it to test if it could be used as a bench and it’s safe to say that sitting in the middle of the piece is probably not the best idea. Sitting on either end might be okay due to there being support on the ends, however if there isn’t weight on the other end, it may tilt toward the side your seated. I wouldn’t recommend using this as a bench.

With that being said, the piece was handmade in Germany using fine solid slabs of Italian cypress. See less
