French Interior Brass Lantern Mansard Style
This large handsome brass hanging lantern comprises two section single glazed parts to allow maximum light.
It is hung from an adjustable brass chain fixed to a round pierced turret, that leads down to a squared sloping Mansard style canopy.
The glazed door opens to give access to the interior for bulb changing. It is currently fitted with a 60 W bayonet bulb (B22).
The lantern has been sympathetically cleaned and polished with a layer of lacquer added to preserve the polished surface. It has been re-wired and tested. As with all the electrical lighting we advise that you have tested and fitted by an approved electrician.
Overall a large architectural lantern very well made with clean detailing and in very good condition.
