This set comprises7 … Read more This is a unique set of leather sculpted animals made by German company Deru in the 1960s. This set comprises7 dogs, a frog and a giraffe. Deru made several different leather animals in the 1960s. They are all beautifully crafted figures of various animals with an imaginative, origami-like technique of crimping/sewing/riveting a single piece of leather. with traces of use in accordance with age and plenty of character. All of the animals are marked with the Deru brand mark.
