This is a Herman Miller style platform bench.
We've restored the top to a beautiful scratch-less stained finish, and we've tightened the legs, replacing the Phillips screws from a recent novice repair with more appropriate (and larger) vintage screws.
The first two photos (carpet) are how the bench looks like now and the rest (wooden floor) are how it was before refinishing.
Made in Yugoslavia in the 1960s.
